How supply works
From first enquiry to mattresses on the frames
Spec and sample
Tell us the property type, bed frames and sizes. We send the matching spec sheet and, for orders above a threshold, a physical sample to the property before you commit.
Written quotation
One quotation covering unit cost by size and quantity, delivery, room placement and disposal. Valid for 30 days so it survives your approval chain.
Scheduled production
Manufactured to your order here in the UAE, so nothing waits on a vessel or a customs queue. What arrives is the specification you signed off on the sample.
Delivery, placement, removal
Delivered floor by floor to your schedule, unwrapped and placed on the frame, with the old mattresses taken away in the same visit. Delivery and setup are included rather than billed separately.
What changes when the factory
is in the same country
Re-order the same mattress in year three
Imported ranges get discontinued between shipments and you end up with two different beds in the same building. Our specification is ours, so what you approve is what you can buy again.
Lead time in weeks, not container cycles
Production runs here. When a refurbishment slips or an extra floor comes online, the schedule moves with it instead of waiting on a vessel and a customs clearance.
